yoga!

this goes to those who knew yoga, but never really had the time or effort to go n do it, not to those who already used to it & expert in it, cuz it's a beginner's note! huhu~~


went to my 1st yoga class this morning, and wow how my body had changed so much! i can't even do bridge properly neymore, let alone leg split or other bent like i used too! it's true what they say, body will not be loyal forever when we dunt treat it right?? haha....


wow...this frightens me,peeps!
i'm only 23! and yet this body? like 30's!! haha...nways, still got time as i will continue my exercise right from now on! well, i will not leave choc n candies, u know, but i surely will work out...


btw, back to the yoga, the steps are actually quite simple n easy to remember, but not really easy to do ok! i think maybe bcuz of the 1st tyme, will get better i'm sure...the bent, stretch, the balance, today quite sakit lagi...will do better!


and really, yoga's really good for mind n soul!
just when u thot u dunt have tyme for urself, for such thinking n relaxation, those 1 hour cud be the most comfort n relax time u've ever had! lots of good effects, for nasal probs, back ache, even prostate n womb health for that matter~~ haha...

well it's good to know that i'm not in a good shape n where i should improve,
i mean at least...better than not do neything at all yup??
so i suggest everybody , do yoga at any point of ur life, u hafta try n practice yoga..n pilates..
it's good even to help u to think straight...
this is of course, besides the wajib 5 waktu n solat sunat we're doing for faith n hopes n strength..
